NAVRO’Z Artisan Town: Recreating Uzbek heritage in Tashkent
Since its opening in 2019, the Town of artisans “NAVRO‘Z“ has become one of the key tourist attractions of the capital. The project was implemented with the aim of preserving and demonstrating the rich cultural heritage of Uzbekistan.
Main achievements:
- Authentic recreation: All buildings and interiors have been restored according to ancient drawings, providing visitors with a unique experience of immersion in the history and culture of the regions of Uzbekistan. A variety of exhibits: From wooden Uzbek cuisines to traditional clothes and agricultural tools, the town offers a wide range of cultural attractions. Interactive workshops: Visitors can not only observe, but also participate in workshops on weaving, embroidery and other folk crafts. The town of craftsmen “NAVRO‘Z“ not only preserves, but also actively promotes Uzbek culture, educating and inspiring visitors from different parts of the world.
